Refrain from smoking up outside; not only is this an even easier way to pick out a tourist than a camera around one’s neck, but the Dutch find it offensive. Be sure to ask if it’s okay to smoke before lighting up. You may only carry up to 5g. of soft drugs on you at one time. In coffeeshops, drugs may not be advertised in the open, so you will have to ask to see a menu. Also, coffeeshops are legally not allowed to cause a nuisance or disturbance, so if you are being rowdy, you might be asked to leave.
